We’ll slow down and create space for self-reflection through a calming visualization, journaling prompts, gentle discussion, and a few practical tools you can take into daily life. It’s restorative and clarifying.

Not at all. Sharing is completely optional. You're welcome to simply listen, reflect, and take in what resonates. This is a no-pressure space.

It’s a guided 1-hour reset led by a certified life coach (that’s me!) designed to help you reflect, reconnect, and gently explore your next steps. While it’s not a full coaching session, it will give you a real sense of the support I offer.
